Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phdre ("phdre," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the phdre website located at phdre.net and all associated services, games, tools, and features made available thereunder.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one of the following acts: (a) completing the registration process on phdre; (b) logging into an existing phdre account; (c) making a deposit or withdrawal through the phdre platform; or (d) placing any wager, entering any game, or using any feature of the phdre platform. Any of these acts constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of phdre, including without limitation the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

phdre reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the phdre website or by email notification to registered players. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the phdre platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of phdre. This age threshold is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines. phdre strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction and that your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are otherwise unable to enter into contracts are not permitted to use phdre.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from gaming activities through the phdre responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's self-exclusion program. Registration or play by a self-excluded individual constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on phdre. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances pursuant to Section 7 of these Terms.

phdre may, at any time and without prior notice, request documentation to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phdre may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phdre, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

phdre implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your account reaches specified transaction thresholds, or at any time phdre deems necessary. Accepted identity documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. phdre will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdre immediately via 24/7 live chat if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

phdre reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, particularly where it reasonably suspects that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where an account poses a compliance or regulatory risk.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phdre are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phdre supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional methods may be added or removed at phdre's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phdre wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the phdre cashier section.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within approximately 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. phdre reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagering requirements that have not been fully met are not eligible for withdrawal.
• phdre reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML screening or regulatory review.
• In cases where a deposit was made in error or a chargeback is initiated fraudulently, phdre reserves the right to reverse the transaction and close the associated account.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to phdre's AML policy. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal player behavior, or that raise suspicion of money laundering or fraud, will be flagged and reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

Bonuses & Promotions

phdre may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phdre promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Single Bonus: Only one bonus may be active in your account at a time unless phdre explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: phdre reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonuses are being used in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on the phdre platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcome, the game rules shall govern.

phdre uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by phdre or any third party. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time using physical cards, wheels, or dice, and are conducted by professional dealers under studio conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or network failure during a game session, phdre will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last known valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during the affected round will be refunded to your account. phdre's decision regarding technical disputes is final and binding.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game providers and are verified by independent testing laboratories. Displayed RTP values represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes within any individual session or within any finite number of game rounds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdre platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phdre, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your phdre account, regardless of whether that person is a family member or acquaintance.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with phdre games, the cashier, or any other platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to phdre.
• Laundering money or using phdre for any purpose that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160) or any successor legislation.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the phdre platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform while under a self-exclusion order issued by phdre or PAGCOR.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to disguise your actual location.

Responsible Gaming

phdre is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, phdre provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit decreases take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Loss Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. The same cooling-off rules that apply to deposit limit increases apply to loss limit increases.
• Session Time Alerts: You may configure session duration alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdre platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content on the phdre platform without prior written permission from phdre.

Any unauthorized use of phdre's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdre, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phdre platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

phdre's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phdre account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdre does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the phdre platform at your own risk. phdre shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phdre's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

phdre collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on phdre, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by phdre includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, contact details, identity documents, financial transaction records, game history, and device and usage data. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement purposes.

phdre does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. Suspension & Termination

phdre reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in phdre's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., for breach of these Terms), phdre reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Where termination is not for cause, any verified remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of applicable AML checks.

You may close your phdre account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any pending withdrawal requests will be honored in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and phdre through direct communication and good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

phdre operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Any regulatory complaints regarding the phdre platform may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. phdre will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.

Amendments

phdre reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the phdre website with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, phdre will provide advance notice by email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phdre platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. phdre recommends checking the Terms and Conditions page whenever you receive a notification of an update or at least once per month if you are an active player.
